About Delhivery: Delhivery is India's largest fully integrated logistics services provider. With its nationwide network covering over 18,600 pin codes, the company provides a full suite of logistics services such as express parcel transportation, PTL freight, TL freight, cross-border, supply chain, and technology services to Businesses of all sizes as well as consumers. We are now looking to strengthen our Marketing team with a Growth Marketer who can develop and execute strategies and communication cadences using CRMs and Analytics to increase our customer base, orchestrate the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and demonstrate revenue growth. Responsibilities: Align CRM strategy to the overall brand strategy and business objectiveS Ensuring consistent engagement with the customer base via push, emails, WA and other engagement levers. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to deliver the desired business outcomes. Manage the marketing budget effectively ensuring ROI on marketing investments made. Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the initiatives and campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, design, sales, product, support, and operations to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies with overall business objectives. Continuously look for areas of improvement and partnership opportunities with various customer engagement and retention platforms. SkillS: Strong Analytical skills to think through and implement appropriate flows for various cohorts Ability to analyse output data to identify attribution and close the feedback loop More than 3 years of hands-on experience with tools like Moengage, Clevertap, etc. Strong understanding of marketing principles, business understanding, and campaign management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. More than 2 years of overall experience
