As our QA Lead, you will drive testing excellence across multiple digital projects and platforms (Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco, headless, mobile, custom stacks, etc.). You will lead a small team of manual testers and progressively introduce automation, AI-led tools, and process improvements to ensure flawless delivery while co-owning client outcomes with the function Group Heads. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the test strategy for all client projects – websites, apps, kiosks, microsites, and interactive tools. Lead and mentor 3–4 junior quality analysts; standardise test planning, execution, and reporting. Lead and mentor 3 – 4 content updates/ upload team members to learn CMS platforms and ensure quality delivery Design and maintain automated test scripts (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) for core workflows, forms, and regressions. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with dev and DevOps support. Evaluate and introduce low-code/no-code automation and visual regression tools (e.g., Lambda Suite, Reflect, Testim). Drive documentation – test cases, bug logs, release checklists, UAT protocols. Collaborate with UX, Tech, Content, and Delivery teams to ensure quality is embedded early. Leadership & Mentoring Build and coach a high-performance team of quality analysts and interns. Champion quality excellence across pods and client engagements. Build a culture of excellence, feedback, experimentation and deep craft. Qualifications & Experience 5–8 years of QA experience, including at least 2 years in a team lead or senior role. Strong hands-on experience in manual & automated testing of responsive websites and apps. Exposure to automation testing with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (basic scripting skills in JS, Python, or Java). Experience testing across browsers, devices, and operating systems. Good understanding of SDLC, Agile workflows, bug tracking, and test management tools (Asana, Jira, TestRail, etc.). Experience with CMS-driven websites (Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, etc.). Exposure to AI-enabled QA tools (e.g., Lambda, Mabl, Applitools, Functionize). Basic understanding of API testing with Postman or similar tools. Experience with accessibility, performance, and SEO-related quality checks. KPIs & Success Metrics Automation scripts implemented for key workflows across top brand projects. QA documentation standardised across all engagements. Junior analysts upskilled to handle semi-automated test execution. Significant reduction in post-delivery defects and brand-side escalations.
