The ARL Group, bringing to play its decades of process manufacturing expertise has set up one of the world's most advanced technology-led manufacturing facilities spread across a sprawling area of about 400,000 sq. ft. The unit is established keeping in mind the global standards of safety and environment parameters and is well planned with proper storage and working spaces.

Leveraging Breton stone technology, with high-end robotics, programmable design components, best-of-control systems, and more, the Specta team is working to create a spectacular masterpiece in Specta.


  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Working with the accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
  • Allocating responsibilities to all the team members according to the needs and requirements.
  • Maintaining deadlines for each team member to complete the tasks on time.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Accomplishing common goals and acting as a single point of contact for all facility-related issues & escalations.
  • Hands-on experience in managing all administrative activities like maintenance of office & its equipment, transport management, guest housekeeping, cafeteria, and so on.
  • Implementing stringent security measures for the safety of high-value assets and information, resolving complex security & vigilance issues as well as providing expert advisory services.

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

  • Retired from the Indian Army with a background in administration, logistics, or related fields (rank and years of service may vary).
  • Post-graduation/Master’s degree in Business administration or equivalent degree.
  • 20+ years of experience in a related field, such as administration role, management, or financial reporting, preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, and customer service procedures.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, Analytical mindset, and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with good negotiation skills.
  • Ability to learn new processes and systems and possess the ability to adapt to changes.
