COMPANY: Leading Medical products manufacturer POSITION: General Manager Operations LOCATION: Saudi Arabia - Onsite SALARY : Net Salary USD 6,000 + Benefits OVERVIEW: Our client is a leading medical product manufacturer seeking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager - Operations to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations within the cosmetics or gloves manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, driving manufacturing excellence, and ensuring operational efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic operational plans in alignment with organizational goals. Lead initiatives to optimize production efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards. 2.Manufacturing Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end manufacturing processes, including production, quality control, and supply chain management. Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards specific to the cosmetics or gloves manufacturing industry. 3.Project Management: Manage large-scale projects, including facility expansions, new product launches, and technology upgrades. Develop project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery. 4.Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, including production managers, quality control experts, and engineers. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. 5.Operational Excellence: Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, waste reduction, and cost control. Evaluate and enhance supply chain and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery. 6.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to support business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. PRE - REQUISITES: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or an MBA is an added advantage. Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in operations management within the cosmetics or gloves manufacturing industry. Show more Show less
