COMPANY: Leading Apparel Manufacturer POSITION : Deputy General Manger Quality LOCATION: Bangladesh SALARY : Net Salary USD 4,000 - 5,000 + Benefits OVERVIEW: Our client is a leading apparel manufacturer seeking for a Deputy General Manager Quality to oversee the quality assurance and control processes for our synthetic jacket / outerwear production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment manufacturing, with specific expertise in synthetic outerwear, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Quality Management: Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems for synthetic jacket production. Oversee quality inspections at various production stages, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards. Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 2.Process Improvement: Optimize production processes to enhance product quality and reduce defect rates. Conduct root cause analysis for quality failures and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 3.Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and client-specific requirements. Prepare for and lead internal/external quality audits. 4.Team Leadership: Manage and train quality assurance teams across production units. Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability among staff. 5.Customer Focus: Collaborate with customers to understand quality expectations and address concerns. Handle quality-related communications with buyers and ensure timely resolution of issues. PRE - REQUISITES: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10+ years of quality leadership experience in Synthetic Jackets / Outerwear . In-depth knowledge of fabric properties, garment construction, and quality testing methods.
