Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsibility of E-Mobility team to work together with team and mentor.

• Complete left V Software cycle experience.

• Change discussions and change impact evaluation.

• Creating solutions or concepts for new functionalities and vehicle issues.

• Developing functions and control algorithms

• Guide team with issue analysis and reduce turnaround time.

• Understanding the existing functionality and optimizing solutions based on required system changes.

• Vehicle issue analysis and solution proposal.

• Driving innovation in team without impacting deliverables.

• Reviews and bug reduction.

• Developing of methods, tooling and acceptance criteria.

• Plan, develop and test software for Different vehicle functions

• Working in Agile way, Documenting work accurately

Must Have:

• Good experience and expertise of e_mobility Domain and software functionalities.

• Good experience on Agile way of working.

• Technically guided the team and deliveries.

• Experience in the development of electronic automotive control units

• Extensive programming knowledge (e.g. model-based development with Matlab-Simulink, Target-Link, C and Embedded C etc.)

• Good Experience of embedded software Development and real-time operating systems

• Working experience on Functional Safety.

• Sound knowledge of controls strategies development

• Good understanding of various development Processes related to E&E

• Strong knowledge in automotive electronics and product development

• Good analytical skills and logic building ability

• Understanding of sensors and actuators functioning.

• Creating and Performing functional tests on logic(MIL,SIL,PIL Tests)

• Knowledge of AUTOSAR and Software Architectures

• Clear understanding of automotive communication networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, etc.)

• Debugging and Analyzing Test bench or Vehicle logs with CANOE, CANAPE, Control Desk etc.

• On-Board and Off board diagnostics development

• Knowledge of performing root cause analysis for bugs reported in various test is advantageous

Good to Have:

•Reliable and precise way of working

•Email Writing and Presentation creations skills

•Able to handle Version and requirement management tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.

•Ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner

•Communicative and team-oriented personality

•Knowledge or prior experience in automotive systems is advantageous.
