We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building robust, scalable web applications using React and Next.js for the front end, and Node.js, Express, and MongoDB for the back end. Familiarity with headless CMS platforms like Strapi and similar systems is highly desirable. You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Applications:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
• Integrate and manage content with headless CMS platforms such as Strapi and similar systems.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

• Architectural Design:

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable web applications.
• Implement best practices in application design and development.

• Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

• Code Review and Documentation:

• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

• DevOps and Continuous Integration:

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development process.
• Manage deployments and monitor application performance in production environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proven experience with React and Next.js.
• Strong experience with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with headless CMS platforms like Strapi and similar systems.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.

• Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of modern web development tools and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
