As we scale our presence in the fintech and Web3 ecosystem, we are hiring a Brand Manager to lead and grow bepay’s brand identity, craft viral campaigns, and build strong emotional connections with users globally.

Position Summary

Junior Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the company

  website

  using modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Next.js)
• Build and maintain

  lead capture forms, waitlists, and onboarding workflows

  for users and merchants. 
• Develop backend APIs and services using

  Node.js

  to securely process and store user data
• Design and optimize

  NoSQL databases

  for scalability and performance
• Leverage

  AI-powered tools

  (like GitHub Copilot, Figma AI, Framer AI) to accelerate frontend development and workflow automation
• Handle QA testing (manual + automated) for website and internal tools before each release
• Assist in configuring and monitoring

  CI/CD pipelines

  using GitHub Actions, Vercel, Netlify, or Docker
• Monitor site performance, form conversion, and data flows to recommend improvements
• Implement secure authentication (JWT, OAuth2.0, biometric login) and ensure code security best practices
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and performance optimization for mobile and web
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and senior developers to deliver high-quality features
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a

  Full Stack Developer

• Strong skills in

  React.js/Next.js

  for building responsive, SEO-friendly websites
• Proficiency in

  Node.js

  for backend development and API integration
• Experience with

  form handling, lead management workflows

  , and integrating third-party APIs
• Hands-on experience with

  NoSQL databases

   
• Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI UI builders like Framer or Figma AI plugins)
• Hands-on exposure to

  DevOps

  – GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Docker, or cloud platforms (Vercel, GCP, AWS)
• Prior experience in

  QA testing

  – writing test cases, catching bugs, performing regressions
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Exposure to fintech or Web3 applications
• Knowledge of GraphQL APIs
• Experience with fintech, digital banking, or regulated financial services
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Firebase
