Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for both the front-end and back-end development of our company’s websites and internal digital tools. The ideal candidate will also handle CRM integration, system upgrades, and tech-related customizations that support the company’s travel, forex, and visa operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, responsive web applications.
• Write clean, scalable code for both front-end and back-end development.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s CRM system and integrate it with other platforms.
• Work with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UI/UX, performance, or functionality.
• Coordinate with the design, marketing, and operations teams to implement features.
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and website security.
• Monitor and optimize application performance and responsiveness.

Technical Skills Required:

• Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, or Angular
• Back-End: Node.js, PHP, or Python
• Database: MySQL, MongoDB, or equivalent
• Experience with frameworks such as Express.js, Laravel, or Django is a plus
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and deployment tools
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, and authentication methods
• Basic understanding of SEO and responsive design principles

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Experience with CRM platforms like Zoho, Salesforce, or custom-built CRMs
• Knowledge of WordPress or Shopify
• Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity basics and data protection best practices
• Exposure to AI tools or workflow automation
