Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack MERN Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN) stack. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow developers to deliver clean, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Build responsive user interfaces with React.js and Tailwind CSS (or equivalent CSS frameworks).
  • Develop server-side logic, APIs, and database schemas using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth).
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services.
  • Collaborate in agile teams with daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
  • Write clean, modular, and testable code with proper documentation.
  • Participate in the deployment process using tools like Docker, GitHub Actions, or cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with strong MERN expertise.
  • Proficiency in:
  • MongoDB (NoSQL design, queries, aggregation)
  • Express.js (REST API development)
  • React.js (Hooks, Context API, functional components)
  • Node.js (asynchronous programming, middleware)
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, and modern web standards.
  • Experience with Git, GitHub, and version control best practices.
  • Understanding of security best practices (XSS, CSRF, CORS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with unit testing (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and integration testing.
  • Knowledge of deployment tools and environments (Heroku, Netlify, Vercel, AWS, etc.).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote or hybrid team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL.
  • Exposure to DevOps workflows (CI/CD, Docker).
  • Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Lighthouse, Sentry).
  • UI/UX sensitivity and experience working with design systems or tools like Figma.
  • Previous work in Fintech, EdTech, SaaS, or B2B platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹333,155.82 - ₹1,525,221.07 per year
