Full Stack Developer (MERN)

\*We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer* to join our dynamic tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while actively collaborating with or guiding a team of developers. You should be comfortable with both frontend and backend technologies and passionate about delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or collaborate with a team of developers in designing, coding, testing, and deploying robust full-stack applications.
• Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using best practices.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior team members, and share knowledge with the team.
• Integrate third-party APIs and tools as needed.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver seamless experiences.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer.
• Proven experience in leading or actively collaborating in a development team.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js / Angular / Vue.js.
• Strong backend experience with Node.js, Express, PHP, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Experience with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
