Full Stack Developer & IT Support Engineer

Working Hours: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Full Stack Developer & IT Support Engineer to build and maintain scalable web applications while also managing internal IT infrastructure and resolving daily technical issues. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python (Flask), JavaScript, cloud services (AWS, Proxmox), and Linux-based systems. This role blends development with systems administration, requiring both strong programming skills and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain production environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Development & Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using

  Flask, NodeJS, HTML, CSS,

  and

  JavaScript

• Build and manage

  REST APIs

  and backend services
• Work with

  MySQL

  and

  MongoDB

  to manage data and optimise access
• Automate system tasks and internal processes using

  Python

  scripts and tools like Tkinter and cron jobs
• Manage deployments and version control via

  Git

  and

  GitHub

• Build internal tools to improve workflows and user experience

IT Infrastructure & Support

• Administer and maintain servers and cloud platforms

  (AWS EC2, Proxmox)

• Configure

  NGINX, renew SSL certificates (Certbot),

  and manage

  Linux

  environments
• Provide remote support and troubleshoot technical issues for internal teams
• Monitor network performance, backups, and ensure system stability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  1 year

  of domain experience in software development and IT support
• Proficient in

  Python and JavaScript;

  backend experience with

  Flask

  or

  NodeJS

• Solid understanding of

  MySQL, MongoDB,

  and

  REST API development

• Experience with

  Linux server management, NGINX,

  and

  SSL (Certbot)

• Familiarity with

  AWS (EC2, S3

  ) and virtualisation tools like

  Proxmox

• Skilled in scripting and automation

  (Tkinter, Google Sheets scripting, CLI tools)

• Ability to handle basic networking and provide remote system support

• Comfortable with

  Git

  and command-line deployments

Compensation

• Monthly Salary:

  ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 INR (based on experience and skills)
