1. Financial Modeling & Forecasting - Ability to build and maintain models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

2. Analytical Thinking & Data Interpretation - Strong skills in analyzing financial data to support strategic decisions.

3. Business Acumen & Strategic Insight - Understanding of business drivers and how financial metrics align with company goals.

Good To Have Skills:

1. Advanced Excel & BI Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) - Enhances reporting and visualization capabilities.

2. ERP & Financial Systems Knowledge (Oracle, Hyperion) -

Useful for data extraction and integration.

3. Presentation & Storytelling Skills - Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
