Key Responsibilities:

● Consolidate and finalize the organization's books of accounts.

● Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.

● Maintain a thorough understanding of statutory and legal aspects related to payroll and income tax compliance.

● Oversee month-end closing processes and corporate reporting.

● Lead and coordinate audits, preparing necessary documents for tax auditors to ensure timely completion.

● Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.

● Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.

● Oversee and coordinate annual internal, external, and statutory audits, collaborating with auditors to resolve any issues.

● Conduct finance, accounting, and business analysis, providing insights to management.

Mandatory Skills:

● Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

● Proficient technical accounting skills and expertise.

● Excellent financial analysis and reporting capabilities.

● Familiarity with financial controls and risk management practices.

● Highly computer literate, with proficiency in financial and IT systems.

● Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

● Proficiency in computerized accounting packages (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with effective presentation abilities.

● Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

● Prior experience managing international accounts.

● Familiarity with advanced financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

● Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

● Experience in a multi-currency accounting environment.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

● Knowledge in XERO and DEAR systems will be an advantage
