Role: Account Executive

This isn’t a traditional accounts desk role — we value initiative, creativity, and people who get excited by the idea of building something special.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily financial operations across multiple hotels with accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain clear, streamlined financial reporting (MIS) for the leadership team.
• Leverage tools like Tally, Zoho, or Xero to simplify accounting and build insightful dashboards.
• Work closely with hotel teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure financial health and operational clarity.
• Analyse performance trends, suggest improvements, and play a key role in business strategy conversations.
• Help bring digital clarity to the accounting side of the business, making processes cleaner and more transparent.

Who You Are

• Comfortable with Tally, Zoho, or Xero — or eager to learn and master them quickly.
• Digitally fluent, tech-savvy, and keen to use modern tools to make accounting smarter.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills — you enjoy making sense of numbers and data.
• Excellent with communication (English & Hindi), both written and verbal.
• A natural relationship-builder, good with teams and vendors.
• Excited by the hospitality industry — bonus points if you have prior hospitality experience.
