Role

● Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice processing, payment runs, vendor reconciliations and subscription management

● Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including invoice generation, payment collection, and reconciliation of customer accounts.

● Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.

● Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and answer queries related to AP/AR.

● Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and supporting audits.

● Identify opportunities for process improvements within the AP/AR functions and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

● Work closely with the other departments and plan budgeting, forecasting, and financial 

analysis activities.

● Maintain accurate records and documentation for all AP/AR transactions and support the implementation of financial controls and procedures.

Requirements

● 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable roles.

● Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Gsuite) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).

● Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

● Effective communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.

● Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

● A proactive and curious mindset with a willingness to ask questions and seek solutions.
