Your Mission:

Oversee and provide ongoing marketing and brand direction and support franchisees in executing aligned marketing strategies and initiatives to reach Little Caesar Enterprises (LCE) desired KPIs in assigned markets. Deep understanding of India market and influencing franchisees to ensure they are aligned with the Brand’s direction, strategies and guidelines, partnering with internal LCE teams to deliver the assets and support for the assigned markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams, franchisee teams and our partners. Work with direct supervisor to develop short-term and long- term strategies and marketing programs focused on driving sales, traffic, market share growth and branding in the assigned markets.


How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Serve as the key marketing advisor and partner for assigned franchisees, providing guidance, tools and resources to ensure consistent brand positioning, standards and messaging across the markets and the Asia Pacific region.
  • Support, coach, and counsel franchisees with local restaurant marketing and national consumer programs.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights while identifying opportunities translated into actionable recommendations
  • Analyze marketing plan effectiveness and cost efficiencies with franchisees for priority situations. Provides further developmental recommendations as needed.
  • Provides analysis and recommendations related to market initiatives/programs. May help to develop resources, processes and tools to effectively measure the performance of campaigns.
  • Support and review quarterly calendar planning along with franchisees
  • May assist with regional market tests such as but not limited to new products, promotions, and pricing.
  • Develop branded training programs for local marketing teams and the franchisees’ agencies
  • Communicates with franchisees, marketing staff and senior management on marketing plans and strategies. Ensures timely, accurate and thorough marketing communication to assigned area of responsibility.
  • Collects and analyzes annual ad-plan for all assigned franchisees. Provides recommendations and coaches as necessary to stimulate further sales and/or further target investment dollars.
  • Conducts meetings (individual, DMA, or CoOp) in-field to expand knowledge bases and further develop Local and Local Restaurant Marketing.
  • Support direct supervisor on any assigned projects/programs
  • Travel within the assigned markets to fully understand market dynamics, identify new sales opportunities, and to assist franchisees with their specific marketing needs.


Who You Are:

  • Recognized/Credible Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing, communications, or advertising or equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • At least 5 years proven experience developing and executing marketing plans, preferably within QSR industry in India and/or South Asia region
  • The ability to analytically and statistically evaluate digital marketing, print, broadcast, marketing effectiveness, overall sales and competitive trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with good business acumen
  • Possess excellent communication skills to influence build rapport and work alongside with franchisees and communicating up and as well as across the organization
  • Excellent presentations skills, with the ability to convey facts and ideas clearly to both individuals and large groups
  • Evidence of well-developed verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent planning, time-management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat.
  • The ability to travel 50% by airplane, automobile, or public transportation as necessary, and to adhere to the travel policy guidelines.
  • The ability to work evenings and weekends and in the store as required and directed.


Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experienced in the retail and/or F&B industry, preferably in field marketing.
  • Understands basic restaurant operations, particularly customer service.


Working Conditions:

  • Half of working time spent in the marketplace consulting with franchisees and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing efforts and expenditures. No hazardous conditions present.
  • Exposure to elements in the store environment.
