To teach Class 11, 12, or higher-level courses in Mathematics, Economics, and Statistics at Dr. Sourav Sir Classes, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Educational Background
:
Minimum Requirement
: A postgraduate degree (M.Sc., M.A., or equivalent) in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field from a recognized university with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD candidates).Preferred
: Ph.D. in the relevant subject or NET/SET qualification for teaching at higher levels. Candidates with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualifications are preferred for Class 11 and 12.- For Mathematics: Strong foundation in subjects such as Calculus, Algebra, Probability, and Statistics.
- For Economics: Expertise in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics, and related areas like Public Economics or International Economics.
- For Statistics: Proficiency in Statistical Methods, Probability, Time Series Analysis, and applications in data analysis.
- Candidates with interdisciplinary knowledge (e.g., Mathematics with Economics or Statistics) are highly desirable.
Experience
:
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in junior colleges, coaching institutes, or higher education institutions, preferably for Class 11, 12, or undergraduate-level courses.
- Experience in preparing students for board exams (e.g., CBSE, ISC, State Boards) or competitive exams (e.g., JEE, NEET, or entrance exams for Economics/Statistics programs) is an advantage.
Skills
:
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging manner.
- Excellent oratory and communication skills, with proficiency in English and/or Hindi (depending on the medium of instruction).

Certifications

Teaching Responsibilities
:
- Plan, develop, and deliver lessons aligned with the curriculum (e.g., CBSE, ISC, or university syllabi) for Class 11, 12, or undergraduate programs.
- Teach core topics in:
Mathematics
: Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Probability, Statistics, and Trigonometry for Class 11 and 12; advanced topics like Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, or Numerical Methods for higher levels.Economics
: Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Indian Economy, International Economics, and Econometrics for Class 11, 12, and higher levels.Statistics
: Descriptive Statistics, Probability Distributions, Hypothesis Testing, Regression Analysis, and Time Series Analysis.- Conduct live online and/or in-person lectures, ensuring interactive and engaging sessions.

Curriculum and Content Development

Work Schedule
