Position: Facebook Ads Manager (Full-Time) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Location: Remote What We’re Looking For (Requirements): • Solid understanding of Facebook & Instagram ad algorithms. • Experience running and optimizing paid campaigns through Facebook Ads Manager. • Ability to build and scale full-funnel ad strategies (awareness, engagement, conversions). • Skilled in writing compelling ad copy and selecting high-impact visuals. • Knowledge of custom audiences, lookalike targeting, and retargeting techniques. • A strategic thinker who is self-driven, detail-oriented. • Must be confident with budgets and creative testing—a little ad pro in your own right. Your Role (What You’ll Be Doing): • Manage our Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns with consistent testing and scaling. • Create ad sets and campaigns aligned with business goals and audience segments. • Research and implement trending formats, ad creatives, and funnel strategies. • Monitor daily performance and optimize ads for best results. • Collaborate with our content and design teams for ad creatives. • Maintain a weekly ad plan and reporting system to track success.
