Job Title: Facebook Ad Manager Overview: We are seeking a skilled Facebook Ad Manager to drive digital advertising campaigns for our restaurant and nightclub across Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business (GMB). The ideal candidate will develop and execute data-driven ad strategies, collaborating with the social media team to ensure alignment with brand objectives. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and GMB. Conduct A/B testing and monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, and ROAS. Collaborate with the creative team to produce impactful visuals and copy. Track and analyze performance, providing actionable insights and regular reports. Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Stay updated on social media advertising trends, algorithms, and platform policies. Qualifications: Proven experience in Facebook and Instagram Ads management. Familiarity with GMB ad tools and analytics platforms. Strong analytical skills and data interpretation. Excellent organization, communication, and team collaboration skills. KPIs for Success: Improved ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, conversion rates). Effective budget utilization and ROI maximization. Increased footfall and engagement through ad-driven visibility. Timely execution of campaigns with consistent results.
