Job Title: Meta Ads Specialist needed in Digital Agency near Acropolis Mall , Kasba Role: Manage & optimize Meta ad campaigns for clients. Drive leads, sales & growth. Role Overview: We’re looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook & Instagram . Your goal? Maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), generate leads, and scale revenue for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Lead Gen, Sales, Traffic, Engagement). Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and bid adjustments for maximum conversions . Implement retargeting & lookalike audiences to boost performance. Budget & Performance Management: Manage ad budgets efficiently to reduce CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) . Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPM, ROAS) and adjust strategies in real-time. Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights. Creative Collaboration: Work with designers to create high-converting ad creatives . Test different ad formats (Carousels, Videos, Stories, Reels) for best results. Client Communication: Explain performance metrics clearly to clients. Suggest new strategies to scale successful campaigns . Experience : 1-3 years experience running Meta Ads (agency experience preferred).
