Role:- ERPNext Developer

Location:- Nagpur

Exp:- 2+

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and enhance ERPNext modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.

Create and maintain custom apps, reports, print formats, dashboards, and scripts using the Frappe framework

Perform system configuration, patch updates, and version upgrades

Integrate ERPNext with other systems (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs, third-party APIs)

Understand business processes and convert them into technical solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues reported by users

Maintain code versioning using Git and manage deployment on production servers

Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code

Prepare technical documentation for modules and customizations

Provide technical support, training, and guidance to internal users and stakeholders

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

2–5 years of hands-on experience with ERPNext and the Frappe framework

Strong command of Python, JavaScript, Jinja, HTML/CSS

Experience with MariaDB/MySQL, REST APIs, Git, and Linux server environments

Solid understanding of business workflows and ERP modules

Experience in writing unit tests and debugging ERPNext applications

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience in ERP implementation for domains like manufacturing, retail, healthcare, or services

Knowledge of Docker, Nginx, and deployment automation tools

Contribution to ERPNext or Frappe open-source community

Familiarity with Agile methodologies
