ERPNext Developer

We are looking for an enthusiastic ERPNext Consultant to assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of ERPNext solutions for our clients. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in ERPNext , who are eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored ERP solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of ERPNext for clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs.
• Gather and document client requirements, translating them into effective ERPNext solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERPNext systems, resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct user training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in using ERPNext.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and developers to customize ERPNext modules as needed.
• Support data migration and system integration tasks to ensure seamless ERPNext deployment.
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations, processes, and client interactions.
• Stay updated on ERPNext features, updates, and best practices to provide informed recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with ERPNext or other ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle).
• Basic understanding of ERPNext architecture, modules, and configuration.
• Familiarity with business processes such as accounting, inventory, sales, or supply chain management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERPNext setup, administration, or customization.
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL for basic ERPNext customization.
• Familiarity with data migration or integration tools.
• Understanding of business analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
• Prior experience in client-facing roles or consulting.
