Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting:

Develop and maintain project dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools for solar project performance and timelines.Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources (site reports, contractors, vendors, SCADA, ERP, etc.) into structured MIS reports.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, manpower, material movement, and financial KPIs.

Project Monitoring & Control

Support the project team by providing accurate and real-time MIS data for planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Assist in tracking and analyzing EPC execution timelines, resource allocation, procurement status, and site logistics.Identify data anomalies and suggest process improvements.

Automation & Tools Development

Design automated Excel/dashboards and tools to reduce manual reporting efforts.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure documentation of all project milestones, drawings, permits, and quality checklists in digital formats.Maintain audit-ready MIS logs to support internal and external reviews.

Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors) to ensure timely data flow.Provide technical support for data interpretation and project presentation to leadership.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.High attention to detail and data accuracy.
