Job Description

Role : End User Computing Specialist (Remote)We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced End User Computing Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. This is a fully remote role, critical to managing and optimizing our enterprise device environments across both Windows and macOS platforms.The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of dedicated experience in End User Computing (EUC) and a passion for ensuring peak device performance, robust security, and proactive IT operations.

About The Role

As an End User Computing Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining the health, security, and efficiency of our organizational devices. You will leverage cutting-edge tools to monitor, manage, and secure our extensive fleet, and translate complex data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • End User Device Management : Oversee the comprehensive management of enterprise-level end-user devices, including deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management for both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Application Patch Management : Design and implement robust strategies for application patch management, ensuring all software is up-to-date and vulnerabilities are promptly addressed.
  • Fleet Health Checkups : Conduct regular and thorough fleet health checkups utilizing advanced tools such as Nexthink, Axonius, JumpCloud, Automox, CyberArk EPM, and DataDog to identify and remediate potential issues proactively.
  • Performance Optimization : Focus on ensuring optimal device performance across the entire fleet, implementing measures to enhance user experience and productivity.
  • Security Compliance : Drive and maintain stringent security compliance across all end-user -devices, adhering to industry best practices and internal policies.
  • Dashboard Development & Reporting : Build insightful and actionable dashboards using data from various EUC tools to provide clear visibility into device health, performance, and security posture.
  • Proactive IT Operations : Utilize data and insights to drive proactive IT operations, anticipating and addressing issues before they impact end-users.
  • Troubleshooting & Support : Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex end-user computing issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in End User Computing (EUC) and enterprise device management.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale Windows and macOS environments.
  • Extensive experience with Application Patch Management strategies and tools.
  • Demonstrable experience with EUC management tools such as Nexthink, Axonius, JumpCloud, Automox, CyberArk EPM, and DataDog.
  • Strong understanding of device performance optimization and security best practices.
  • Ability to build and interpret data-driven dashboards for IT operational insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a passion for optimizing end-user technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
