Role Responsibilities Manage and maintain Dynatrace environment for application performance monitoring.Configure Dynatrace to monitor application, infrastructure, and network performance.Analyze performance data and provide insights for optimization and improvement.Work with development teams to refine application performance and resolve issues.Implement alerting and dashboard functionalities in Dynatrace.Conduct ongoing performance tuning and testing to ensure optimal system performance.Collaborate with IT and operations teams for incident management and resolution.Document configurations, processes, and best practices for future reference.Perform regular system audits and health checks on Dynatrace implementations.Train teams on utilizing Dynatrace features and functionalities effectively.Stay updated with Dynatrace upgrades and new features for implementation.Develop scripts for automation of monitoring tasks and reporting.Provide data analysis to aid in troubleshooting system issues.Participate in cross-functional teams for various projects and initiatives.Assist in establishing IT Service Management processes and tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace.Proven experience in application performance monitoring tools.Strong understanding of IT operations and service management.Hands-on experience in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.Knowledge of network protocols and data flows.Familiarity with database management systems.Certifications in Dynatrace or related fields are advantageous.Strong commitment to learning and professional development.Availability to work on-site in India.
