Position Overview

Senior Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable, high-performance software solutions using Microsoft technology stack (.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SQL Server).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and solution strategies.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
• Promote a culture of engineering excellence by encouraging clean code, secure development practices, and continuous integration.
• Lead or contribute to the technical development of junior team members.
• Stay updated on technology trends and bring innovative solutions into engineering discussions.
• Ensure effective unit testing and maintain high levels of code quality and system reliability.
• Support risk management efforts by embedding secure development principles and maintaining strong governance standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technology teams, influencing decisions and driving outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in:

• Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core

• Web Services, REST APIs, Web API development

• JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3

• SQL Server, schema design, stored procedures, and SSIS

• Strong understanding of software development principles including OOP, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
• Experience in pricing-related systems or domain knowledge in financial products is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools supporting CI/CD, automated testing, and version control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle parallel workstreams effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and influence technical direction.
