Job Description

We seek skilled and motivated Backend Developers with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend systems, developing APIs, and ensuring the performance and reliability of server-side logic.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Write clean, scalable, and reusable code following industry best practices and standards.
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
Work with SQL Server/MySQL and write complex queries, stored procedures, and functions.
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
Debug and resolve technical issues and support ongoing maintenance of applications.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in ASP.NET Core development.
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
Proficient in SQL Server or MySQL, and writing optimized queries.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
Experience with unit testing and integration testing.

Effective communication and collaboration.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
