Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Documentation Assistant to join our team at Doshion PolyScience Pvt Ltd. The position is based in Sanand and is open to freshers who are eager to launch their career in the manufacturing sector. This is a full-time role ideal for individuals with essential skills in MS Office, MIS reporting and documentation.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Graduate in Commerce or Arts with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc., to manage documentation and reports (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to create and maintain management information systems reports efficiently for data analysis and decision-making (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent documentation skills to produce high-quality technical documents and manuals for internal and external use (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all forms of documentation and communication.
  • Competence in record-keeping and maintaining systematic documentation processes for easy retrieval and future reference.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders on documentation-related matters.
  • Proficient in data entry to update and manage information databases accurately within set time frames.
  • Ability to manage time effectively to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high output in a fast-paced environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and archive company documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive and proprietary information.
  • Support the team by organizing and documenting meeting notes, action items, and follow-up tasks.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information and content for technical documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and compliance regulations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of documentation to identify updates, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance in document review processes and archival procedures.
