Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Assistant to join our dynamic team at Punarabhi Logistics. The ideal candidate will support the documentation process for both sea and air freight operations, ensuring that all shipping and customs documents are prepared accurately and submitted on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, SI, HBL, MBL, AWB, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal operations teams, customers, and customs brokers to gather required information
• Submit shipping instructions and ensure timely generation of HBL/MBL or AWB
• Assist in filing documents for customs clearance and regulatory compliance
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and supporting documentation
• Support team in generating pre-alerts and documentation for overseas agents
• Follow up with clients and vendors for document confirmation and approvals
• Manage filing system (both physical and digital) for audits and internal records

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics/freight documentation
• Basic knowledge of shipping procedures, freight terms, and customs regulations
• Familiarity with INCOTERMS is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), email, and basic logistics software
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines efficiently
• Team player with a responsible and proactive attitude

Salary:

As per industry standards + performance incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
