Website: https://www.zyduslife.com/zyduslife/ About the Role : The Planning Execution Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating various planning and execution activities within our supply chain.Key responsibilities include location-wise forecasting, hub tracking, managing pending orders, tracking shortages, coordinating with marketing, maintaining RSP (Retail Selling Price) alignment, and ensuring inventory management at CFAs (Carrying and Forwarding Agents) and hubs. The role also involves preparing MIS (Management Information System) reports for MPRM (Monthly Review Meeting) and coordinating with logistics for dispatch. Responsibilities : Maintain accurate location-wise availability. Analyse historical data and market trends to improve forecasting accuracy. Monitor and track inventory levels at hubs. Ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid shortages. Track and manage pending orders at CFAs. Coordinate with relevant departments to expedite order fulfillment. Identify and track product shortages at CFAs and hubs. Implement corrective actions to mitigate shortages. Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain RSP alignment and address additional RSP requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution. Manage inventory levels at CFAs and hubs to optimize stock availability. Utilize advanced Excel functionalities (e.g., pivot tables, macros, VBA) to analyse data and generate reports. Prepare and present MIS reports/presentations for monthly review meetings. Conduct data analysis and reporting. Demonstrate strong presentation skills. Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery. Qualifications: M. Pharm, B. Pharm, M.Sc., B.Tech, B.E. with an MBA Experience: 15–18 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry Required Skills : Forecasting and demand planning. Inventory management.
