About the Role: We are seeking a research oriented and motivated Downstream Purification Scientist to join our vaccine process development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with protein & polysaccharide purification techniques and a solid understanding of downstream purification. Responsibilities: Perform downstream purification of proteins & polysaccharides using different chromatography techniques in combination with membrane filtration techniques. Operate and maintain purification equipment's such as AKTA systems, columns, TFF systems. Prepare buffers and solutions according to SOPs and batch records. Support process optimization, technology transfer to manufacturing and troubleshooting.
