Job Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various channels. You'll work closely with our creative and development teams to promote our services, engage audiences, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, and paid advertising Optimize content for the website and social media platforms to increase visibility and engagement Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and organic reach Collaborate with designers, content writers, and developers to create cohesive marketing materials Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, content strategy, and web analytics Experience managing social media platforms and running paid campaigns Proficiency with digital tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and WordPress Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good to Have: Certification in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) Experience with marketing automation tools Basic understanding of graphic design or video editing tools Why Join Us?
