About the Role:

Odoo Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Odoo ERP.
• Implement, configure, and customize various Odoo modules based on client needs.
• Act as a bridge between the client and technical team for custom development.
• Provide user training, support, and post-implementation guidance.
• Create functional documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Continuously identify improvements to optimize business processes within Odoo.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with Odoo ERP.
• Strong understanding of business processes across domains (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
• Excellent communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in client-facing roles and gathering business requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.

• Odoo Certification

  is a strong plus.
