Are you a digital-savvy strategist with a passion for growth and innovation? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence, drive performance campaigns, and craft strategies that convert clicks into customers. Key Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics. Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize performance and ROI. Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Coordinate with design, content, and tech teams for campaign execution. Stay ahead of digital trends and competitor activity. Requirements - 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools. Proven track record of scaling digital campaigns and achieving KPIs. Analytical mindset with strong Excel/reporting skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). Nice to have - Experience with B2B marketing or SaaS/products. Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.).
