Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and providing accurate information. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers Explain and generate interest Handle customer queries politely and professionally Maintain a record of calls and customer information Follow up on leads and conversions Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to work under pressure Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
