About the Role:

Rainbow Group of Companies is looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital initiatives that directly contribute to increasing student admissions and enrolments across our K–12 institutions. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of digital channels, ed-tech tools, and school marketing strategies to help grow our reach and strengthen parent engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on increasing school admissions and enrolments.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for admissions through performance-focused digital marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and manage data-driven campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and online advertising.
  • Continuously improve the school’s digital presence including website, admissions landing pages, and lead conversion funnels.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor campaign effectiveness, generate reports, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to align messaging and ensure consistent and timely outreach.
  • Oversee CRM and lead management systems to track enquiries, automate follow-ups, and nurture prospects.
  • Manage and enhance communication platforms such as parent portals, newsletters, and messaging apps.
  • Ensure all digital platforms and practices comply with data privacy and child safety regulations.
  • Stay updated on digital trends in the education sector and implement innovative solutions for better outreach and engagement.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships for digital ads, technology tools, and website development or maintenance.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Educational Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving leads, enquiries, and admissions through digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM and ERP systems for lead tracking, automation, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience in managing websites, social media platforms, and performance-driven admission campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills to work cross-functionally with admissions and academic teams.
  • Passionate about education, technology, and using digital innovation to create impact.
