Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Understand business goals of US/UK clients and create tailored digital marketing strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned international accounts.
  • Present digital marketing plans, performance reports, and insights to stakeholders regularly.
  • Manage expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email Marketing, Display, Content Marketing, and more.
  • Plan and optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and engagement.
  • Oversee the creation of ad creatives, copywriting, and content calendars aligned with client brand messaging and compliance requirements.

Team & Project Management

  • Lead a team of SEO specialists, PPC experts, social media managers, designers, and content writers.
  • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate with creative and tech teams for website enhancements, landing pages, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, etc.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and growth.
  • Create weekly/monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Market Research & Trend Analysis

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and tools—especially for the US and UK markets.
  • Conduct competitor and audience research to inform campaign strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing international clients (US/UK).
  • Strong expertise in

    Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar CRM tools

    .
  • Experience with

    B2B and B2C

    marketing models.
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and ad policies applicable in the US/UK (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Google Ads and Analytics Certification.
  • HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Ads Certification is a plus.
  • Experience working in an agency setup with multiple concurrent projects.
