Digital Marketing Manager with Website Development expertise

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across channels: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Plan and execute campaigns to increase online presence, engagement, and conversion.
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
Manage and grow social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Collaborate with the design and content team to create marketing assets and landing pages.
Stay updated with digital trends and emerging technologies.

Website Development & Management:

Lead the planning, design, development, and maintenance of company websites (WordPress, Shopify, custom platforms, etc.).
Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, SEO, and UX/UI best practices.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and third-party vendors.
Troubleshoot website issues and perform regular updates and security checks.
Ensure seamless integration of marketing tools (CRM, analytics, chatbot, payment gateways, etc.).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
4+ years of experience in digital marketing and web development.
Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for innovation.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Wordpress, Web flow.
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
Familiarity with automation tools (Mailchimp, Zapier, HubSpot).
Basic knowledge of backend technologies (PHP, SQL) is a plus.
