Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Location: Indore (Full-time, In-Office)

Annual CTC: ₹15 – ₹20 LPA

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team at Arivihan. You will play a critical role in automating infrastructure, managing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring platform reliability, and enhancing deployment practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has deep expertise in cloud services and automation, and wants to be a key pillar in scaling an edtech product for millions of students across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the CI/CD lifecycle: Design, implement, and maintain scalable pipelines for app and backend deployments.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate and manage cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.

• Ensure 100% uptime and high availability of systems through effective monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices.

• Work with engineering and product teams to streamline and optimize the release process.

• Manage and monitor cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, EKS), and serverless setups.

• Implement and maintain tools for observability, logging, and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, DataDog).

• Take ownership of security, scalability, and cost optimization across environments.

• Troubleshoot system issues, bottlenecks, and failures in real-time and ensure rapid resolution.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–4+ years of experience in a DevOps role with production-grade deployments and systems.

• Proficient in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.

• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and networking concepts.

• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes, and experience managing production clusters.

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go for automation tasks.

• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools and a proactive approach to performance and reliability.

• Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and an ability to work in cross-functional teams.

• Experience with data security, secrets management, and access control policies is a plus.
