UST is hiring Senior Java Developers to build end-to-end business solutions for a leading financial services client in the UK. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience, hands-on cloud exposure (preferably GCP), and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Lead feature development through sprints, from design through delivery.

• Conduct technical and code reviews ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• Work across UI and service layers, addressing both frontend and backend concerns.

• Demonstrate developed features to client stakeholders.

• Support QA teams in test planning, defect triaging, and resolution.

Mandatory Skills:

• Java/JEE (6+ years) – Core Java, enterprise-level development, multi-tier architecture

• Spring Framework – Spring Boot, Spring MVC

• Web Services – REST, SOAP, JSON

• API Development – Swagger/OpenAPI, integration best practices

• Apache Beam

• Unit Testing – JUnit or equivalent frameworks
