Industry Type: Telecommunications Equipment Number of Open Positions: 02   Job Overview: A Deputy Manager (Channel Sales) typically focuses on driving revenue through indirect sales channels like distributors, dealers, and retailers. Key responsibilities include developing and executing channel sales strategies, managing partner relationships, providing training and support, monitoring performance, and identifying growth opportunities. Responsible for leading and directing a sales team to achieve revenue targets and overall sales objectives. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales process, analyzing sales data, and building strong customer relationships. They also play a key role in coaching, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to maximize performance. Deputy Manager develops and implements sales strategies, and drives revenue growth. He will responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and monitoring sales performance.   Responsibilities and Duties: •      Channel Partner Management: o  Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners. o  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. o  Provide training, support, and resources to enable partner success. o  Monitor partner sales performance and provide feedback for improvement. o  Address partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing concerns.  •      Sales Strategy and Execution: o  Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. o Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities. o Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, service etc.) to support channel partner. o  Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.  •      Relationship Building: o  Develop positive working relationships with partners to foster business growth. o Communicate product updates, enhancements, and promotions to partners.  o Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential partners. •      Performance Management: o  Set and monitor sales targets and performance metrics for channel partners. o Evaluate partner sales performance and provide feedback for improvement.  o  Ensure compliance with partner agreements and contracts.  •      Sales Support: o  Assist partners with sales proposals, quotations, and pricing. o Provide product and sales training to partners.  o  Support partner marketing activities (e.g., tradeshows, campaigns).   Required Skills and Experience:   •      Proven experience in channel sales, sales management, or business development. •      Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and best practices. •      Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. •      Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners. •      Experience in developing and executing sales plans. •      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •      Proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting.   Eligibility Criteria:   •      Education level – Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech. in Electronics & Communication or any Graduate or MBA with experience of 6+Years •      Experience – 04-06 Years •      Specific skills – Channel Sales Experience of Telecommunication Sector (Walkie Talkies, Radio Equipment’s, CCTV, Computer, Laptop, IT Industry etc.) •      CTC Offered: 40-50K Gross (Negotiable for Suitable Candidate) •      Personal characteristics – o Business Acumen: Understanding the business landscape, competitive dynamics, and financial aspects of channel sales. o  Emotional Intelligence: Being aware of and managing one's own emotions and the emotions of others. o  Results-Oriented: Focusing on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. o Integrity & Ethics: Maintaining high ethical standards and building trust with partners and team members. o Motivation & Enthusiasm: Inspiring the team and maintaining a positive and energetic work environment.  Contact Manoj Dwivedi : 9899991560
