Job Description
Intervention: Capacity Building (Kshamata)
Designation: Data Support Officer
Level: Officer/ Senior Officer

Role & Responsibilities:
-Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).-Generate and distribute management /Intervention reports in an accurate and timely manner.-Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.-Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.-Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.-Develop a MIS system for customer management and internal communication.-Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.-Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.-Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.-Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.-Provide support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolutionTraveling to Gujarat locations as job requires

Candidate Specifications:
-Educational Qualification: Graduation-Years of Experience -1 to 3 years of experience

Skills:

-Advance Excel, Strong ability to analyze raw data, Report generation, Multitasking

-Good communication skills ( Fluency in English & Gujarati)
-Strong computer and technology skills, with familiarity in using computer &

Job Specifications:
Nature of job :Consultant- 1 year Contract
Location: Mumbai (Govandi/Chembur)
Hours of work : 8 hours 6 days a week

Note: (Gujarati Language Mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
