About Kotak PM SHRI project This year SCERT has mandated Kotak Education Foundation (KEF) to implement the KEF FLN program in 516 PM SHRI schools. Our goal is to empower educators with effective pedagogical strategies and implement the NIPUN Lakshya in government and semi-private schools. Objectives of the FLN Project in PM SHRI schools 1. To build capacity and support teachers to enhance their pedagogical skills and content knowledge to facilitate effective FLN student learning. 2. To provide resources to teachers to support their professional development and enhance their instructional effectiveness 3. To improve student outcomes by using innovative instructional techniques to enhance student’s mathematical abilities, including problem-sol ng, critical thinking, and application of mathematical concepts. 4. Job Description Intervention: Capacity Building (Kshamata) Designation: Data Support Officer Level: Officer/ Senior Officer Role & Responsibilities: -Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS). -Generate and distribute management /Intervention reports in an accurate and timely manner. -Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance. -Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency. -Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis. -Develop a MIS system for customer management and internal communication. -Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team. -Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed. -Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions. -Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues. -Provide support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution Traveling to Gujarat locations as job requires Candidate Specifications: -Educational Qualification: Graduation -Years of Experience -1 to 3 years of experience Skills: -Advance Excel, Strong ability to analyze raw data, Report generation, Multitasking -Good communication skills ( Fluency in English & Gujarati) -Strong computer and technology skills, with familiarity in using computer & Job Specifications: Nature of job : Consultant- 1 year Contract Location: Mumbai (Govandi/Chembur) Hours of work : 8 hours 6 days a week Note: (Gujarati Language Mandatory) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month Shift: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Govandi, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Do you have experience in Advance Excel and Visualization tool?
