Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of data scientists and analysts in delivering impactful projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and define data-driven strategies.
• Design and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Develop processes and systems to collect and analyze data, ensuring quality controls and data governance are in place.
• Ensure the application of natural language processing (NLP) techniques for text data analysis and insight generation.
• Utilize python and machine learning frameworks to build scalable data models.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in using machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.
• Proven ability to implement and scale up models in a production environment.
• Strong command over natural language processing (NLP) techniques and applications.
• Experience with data visualization tools and ability to present complex data insights clearly.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team and communicate with stakeholders.
