About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and turning data into actionable insights that help drive strategic decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, measure performance, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (internal databases, CRM tools, external sources, etc.)
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support key stakeholders
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from datasets to support strategic initiatives
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and prepare clear, concise reports and presentations
• Collaborate with departments (marketing, sales, HR, finance, operations) to support their analytical needs
• Track KPIs and business metrics regularly and recommend process improvements
• Ensure data integrity and quality across platforms
• Support the implementation and management of data analytics tools and solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with CRM tools and business platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Google Analytics) is an advantage
• Experience working in the higher education or international recruitment sector
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance policies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
