Cyber Security Researcher

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Cybersecurity Researcher who loves teaching, mentoring, and sharing knowledge while working hands-on in offensive and defensive security. You’ll help design, build, and deliver practical training labs, conduct workshops, and guide learners through real-world cybersecurity scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain hands-on training labs covering ethical hacking, networking, Linux security, SOC operations, and threat detection.
• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for students, junior associates, or corporate trainees.
• Guide and mentor learners through practical exercises, assessments, and project-based tasks.
• Research the latest vulnerabilities, threats, attack techniques, and defensive measures to keep training content relevant and up to date.
• Create high-quality training materials, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and lab manuals.
• Support learners by answering queries, reviewing their work, and providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with internal security teams to align training scenarios with real-world consulting projects and SOC operations.
• Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our training programs based on feedback and emerging industry trends.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, with practical exposure to penetration testing, ethical hacking, networking, or SOC operations.
• Strong foundational knowledge in web application, network, and Linux security.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools, threat intelligence, or vulnerability management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for teaching and explaining complex topics clearly.
• Ability to develop clear documentation, lab guides, and training resources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to keep learning new techniques and tools.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to helping others grow.
• Must be fluent in Malayalam and English.
