Work Timings: 10:15 am - 7:15 pm

We empower students, graduates, and working professionals to transform their careers and stay future-ready in the ever-evolving digital landscape.About the Role:As a CRM & Business Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing robust reporting solutions using BigQuery. You will play a crucial role in enhancing business processes, driving CRM improvements, and delivering actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.What You'll Do:CRM Management & Improvement:
  • Manage, configure, and maintain CRM systems like LeadSquared and Zoho, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.
  • Customize and optimize CRM workflows to align with evolving business needs.
  • Implemented CRM system
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
  • Facilitate stakeholder sessions to collect detailed requirements and ensure accurate documentation and solution design.
Data Reporting & Analytics:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive reporting solutions using BigQuery.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed, actionable reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify valuable insights, trends, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex data and insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

Who You Are:
Must-Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, CRM management, or a related role.
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms like Zoho, LeadSquared, salesforce, Moengage, webengage, hubspot, clevertap and freshworks.
  • Strong understanding of CRM customization, workflow optimization, and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with BigQuery for reporting and data extraction.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Business process analysis and improvement
  • BI Tools (looker studio, Tableau)
  • Marketing and Sales automation
Should Have:
  • Experience in developing automated reporting solutions and dashboards.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with SQL and other data visualization tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and sales processes to enhance CRM effectiveness.
  • Certification in CRM platforms or data analytics tools.
