Role Overview

We’re hiring a Leadership & Capability Coach who can work directly with business founders and senior leadership teams to shift how they think, lead, and perform. This isn’t a training delivery role. It’s a mix of coaching, facilitation, capability building, and behavioural change work. You’ll be diagnosing leadership gaps, designing development journeys, and running high-trust interventions that help leadership teams level up.

If you’ve delivered leadership coaching, built programs for first-line and mid-level managers, or worked on organization development from the inside—this is for you.


Key Responsibilities:


Leadership Development Design

  • Create practical, context-aware leadership development journeys for founders, CXOs, and business heads.
  • Design sessions on topics like strategic thinking, delegation, team leadership, change management, and communication.
  • Use coaching principles to build depth, not just deliver information.


Executive Coaching & Group Facilitation

  • Facilitate high-trust, honest conversations with senior teams.
  • Coach individuals and leadership groups to shift mindset and behaviour.
  • Help leaders identify blind spots, clarify goals, and build real accountability.


Capability Building for Mid-Managers

  • Build and run programs for first-line managers and team leads that focus on execution, performance, and people management.
  • Use frameworks that are easy to apply, not just theory.


Client Context Mapping & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Understand the founder's vision, company culture, and leadership challenges before recommending solutions.
  • Work closely with internal consultants to integrate training into broader people or strategy interventions.


Behavioural Change & Impact Tracking

  • Design follow-up mechanisms: nudges, coaching, team charters, accountability check-ins.
  • Track impact with behavioural indicators, qualitative feedback, and business metrics where relevant.


Content Development & IP Creation

  • Build re-usable coaching tools, frameworks, and reflection exercises.
  • Stay updated on leadership trends, behavioural science, and coaching practices.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Education:

    Background in Psychology, Organisation Behaviour, Business, or Coaching (ICF or similar certifications a plus).
  • Experience:

    7-12 years in leadership development, executive coaching, org development, or L&D roles with senior engagement.
  • Coaching & Facilitation Skill:

    Strong ability to hold space for senior teams, ask sharp questions, and push thinking.
  • Business Acumen:

    You get how business works. You can connect people and leadership challenges to business outcomes.
  • Communication:

    Clear, confident, and calm. Can challenge with empathy and connect with both CXOs and frontline managers.
  • Self-Awareness & Maturity:

    Comfortable in rooms with power dynamics. Can adapt tone and style to different leadership personalities.
