Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in pricing analysis, market research, or related roles, with at least 7 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Deep expertise in pricing strategy development, competitive analysis, and market intelligence within the automobile industry. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey pricing insights to senior management and cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R, and experience with pricing software and CRM systems.
